Recognisedwiththe prestigious ‘ET 40 under 40 award’, Sukhleen is a passionate Sales and Marketing Professionalwith over 15 years of rich experience of leading diverse teams at top FMCG companies. Having spent her 8 formative professional yearsat Hindustan Unilever, Sukhleenfirst joined RB as a Category Manager in 2014 focussing on developing markets for Veet, Durex & Scholl and Area Innovation Manager, Dettol /Lysol for Asia, EMEA and Latin America. She had a brief 2 years-stint with L ‘Oreal Paris as its General Manager, International Marketing, prior to assuming the current role ofMarketing Director with RB – Hygiene Home in 2017.
In her current role, Sukhleen is responsible for driving strategic marketing communications for all the brands under Hygiene Home business.
Over the last 15 years, Sukhleen has driven various successful – and award winning – marketing projects like the Cannes Silver Lion winning campaign on Durex and most recently leading the sanitation mission with Harpic in India.
A passionate traveler, she drives multiple projects and diverse multi-cultural teams with equal élan. Sukhleen has been awarded with the prestigious ‘Impact Top 50 most influential women in business 2019’, apart from being listed in the ET Women Ahead list amongst the Top 25 Rising leader in India.
