News is the fastest growing genre across TV and Digital. Digital News reaches nearly 90% of all Indians online today vs. 50% about a year ago. We feel news is the first thread of content Indians likes to consume online every day. There has been a very clear and evident shift in the overall content consumptions trends online towards Mobile and Video. As more Indians are getting connected to digital content their preferred mode of access is a mobile device and preferred format is video.

How do you envision the growth of TimesNow. What will be your Big Bets in the next 5 years?

We at TimesNowNews.com would like to be seen as the top 3 news publishers in country in the next 2 years. Within a short span of time we have already achieve early growth and broken through into the top 8 English news publishers on comScore.  Our vision is to be the largest video based news site in the country over the next 3 years and provide a platform agnostic and enriched feed of content to all our users across TV and Digital. Our efforts have shown a tremendous following and appreciation by our readers and we now boast of over 38MM+ users strong community across our social media platforms. We clocked over 45 MM+ uniques users and over 100 MM+ page views per month during the last quarter, and the path ahead is only marked with bigger goals.
