Nikhil is currently leading the Marketing & Digital Acquisitions for Citibank in India . He is leading the mandate on digital acceleration and leading a number of initiatives to successfully grow the digital business pie and building an iconic brand. Under his leadership , Citibank India has achieved the highest brand scores across any Citi market in the world. A social media evangelist and a mobile first believer, he has driven a number of strategic campaigns to make Citi India one of the most exciting brands on social media and profitably driven the usage of credit cards with a focus on ecommerce spends. He is also building a digital perceptual scale for Citi by leading a number of strategic digital partnerships across key consumer passion points and driving an “always-on” approach in digital marketing leveraging data analytics and consumer insights. Earlier, Nikhil was leading the Client Experience function for HSBC in Hong Kong and set-up the practice for the Asia-Pacific region. He has also worked with leading Indian FMCG companies such as Marico & Dabur and won a number of marketing accolades for his brand and marketing initiatives.
