Dipashree is an award winning marketing leader with 18 years of experience in launching & architecting brands for exponential growth, across India & SEA, at leading global organizations like Netflix, Singtel, Unilever and NDTV. After a decade in Singapore, she moved with Netflix to Mumbai, to shape the brand’s distinctive identity and chart its growth in India.

Dipashree is an ardent champion of women in business and espouses the cause actively, at work and outside. Her journey of navigating life and career in Asia was chronicled in the book Dear Ms Expat. She was also profiled in the Mercedes’ Benz initiative Women of Wisdom, alongside stalwarts of India’s media, arts and business community. In August 2021, she was awarded the prestigious APAC Content Mogul 2021 Award by Content Marketing Summit Asia, supported by the Asia Content Marketing Association (ACMA). On 6 Oct 2021, she was conferred with the prestigious Asia’s Woman Leader Award by CMO Asia.

Dipashree has spoken at several prestigious conferences across Asia and has been a guest lecturer at SCMHRD, Sophia College Mumbai, National University of Singapore & Nanyang Business School, NTU.
