Abhishek Gupta is currently the Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer of Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance. As the chief brand champion, Abhishek manages the reputation of the company by promoting its diverse and innovative range of product offerings and services. Leveraging the power of storytelling and creativity, Abhishek aspires to deliver inclusive and strategic communications that can make the brand stand out as a new-age life insurer. Abhishek has been with the Edelweiss Group for 8 + years. With experience spanning 24 years, he has worked with brands across several sectors over the years – The Mobile Store, Walmart India (Bharti Retail), Spencer Retail, ICICI Bank and Shopper’s Stop.

An engineer with a post-graduation degree in marketing, Abhishek has been recognized as one of the ‘25 Most Outstanding Marketing Professional of India at World Brand Congress 2014’, ‘Most Influential Marketing Leaders 2017’, and ‘Global Marketing Leaders 2019’ at World Marketing Congress, ‘CMO Transformation Award’ at the Pitch CMO Awards 2023 and ‘Financial Express Visionary Leader Recognition’ at Modern BFSI Summit 2023. He regularly speaks at international and national conferences and serves as Guest Faculty at reputed management institutes in India.

With over 20 years of experience in media and tech, Ryf is a passionate and visionary leader who thrives on finding and converting opportunities across all categories. He is the Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia at Comexposium, one of the world’s largest event organisers, where he oversees the region’s leading marketing, e-commerce and media events.

Ryf has a proven track record of building successful businesses, from launching a digital media start-up that became the largest in Australia, to delivering best-in-class digital and CRM programmes for a global professional service firm, to being recognised as Leader of the Year for Comexposium. He holds an MBA from the University of Otago Business School and has a strong network across the Asia Pacific region. Mihhiir Lakhani

Mihhiir Lakhani, a seasoned marketing expert with 18+ years of experience in programmatic media, performance marketing, and analytics, is currently the Head of Marketing at NMIMS Global. Passionate about democratizing access to quality education, he played a pivotal role in achieving a 50% YoY increase in student enrollment through innovative ideas and aggressive marketing tactics. In his previous roles, Mihhiir represented GroupM as Head of Programmatic [m]PLATFORM, earlier roles he served Madison Media as Head of Performance and Programmatic Media, and served as a strategist at iProspect India.

Tom Dover

Tom Dover leads Microsoft Advertising Parter Sales Team in Japan, Australia, India, Southeast Asia and China (JAPAC). As part of his responsibilities, Dover is charged with deepening strategic partnerships with the region’s largest publishers & broadcasters.

Prior to Xandr being acquired by Microsoft, Tom spent eight years across both buy and sellside of the business, including his role as Director of Video Marketplace Development, APAC; Strategic Account Manager; and leading buy-side efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

Dover is a regular thought leader featured in trade publications and has offered his expertise on OTT and CTV in major industry events, including AVIA, IAB and Future of TV.
