He has worked with video technology start-ups and set up business units for programmatic & connected TV platforms in Southeast Asian & Middle Eastern markets. His expertise is in understanding platforms/products and how technology can catalyze brands to better connect with their audience.
Karthik has worked at Amazon, managing Amazon’s programmatic solutions and strengthening it in India. Previously at GroupM, he was responsible for digital trading, partnerships, e-commerce and led GroupM’s brand safety and ad verification efforts nationally. He has hands-on experience in building businesses around video monetization (Media, PAAS) models, product pricing & strategy, negotiating deals with media/tech platforms that GroupM works with.
