Mr. Sandeep Juneja is currently the Vice President, Sales and Marketing at DHL Express India, the world’s leading express company. He leads a team of over 800+ employees across India and has been with the company for over fourteen years now. As the Commercial Head he manages dual responsibility for both Sales and Marketing. He is also responsible for planning and executing commercial strategies, maximising business development opportunities and growing the presence of the DHL brand in India.
Sandeep has designed & executed the sales channel approach to market, which includes Enterprise Account Management, Field Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, and Channel partners. He has successfully led DHL’s penetration into large, small and medium enterprises markets across different industry verticals and geographies.
As the Marketing head, Sandeep’s portfolio is diverse and includes Marketing Communications, Products, Pricing and Research and Planning. He oversees all the branding, advertising, promotions and sponsorships related activities for India. Championing a sales focused marketing approach has created a strong impact building trust and fortifying DHL’s brand promise among customers.
Sandeep has experience of over 20 years in Sales, Marketing & Strategy. Prior to DHL, he was with the Swedish engineering group Atlas Copco. Mr. Sandeep is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi and has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad. He is Silver Certified in First Choice, which is Deutsche Post DHL’s internal quality programme based on the Six-Sigma DMAIC methodology.
