GETTING THERE :
IICC is located 10 km from Delhi International Airport, with the surrounding area home to a sports complex, diplomatic residences, a golf course and the airport city hotel. It is 25 km from the city centre of New Delhi, but is in the best geographical location with no traffic
By metro – The Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector-25 Metro Station is within the event venue premises and is a part of the Delhi Airport Express Metro Line. If you’re directly coming from the airport, please know that you can take the direct metro to the event venue from the airport itself. Check the full metro routes and timetables.
By Road (Cab/Taxi) – IICC can be accessed from the 100m wide UER II(Urban Extension Road II) on the north side which is 6km from National Highway-8 (IGI Airport). You can catch a city taxi from most areas in Delhi/NCR, or you can use rideshare apps such as BluSmart/Uber/Ola and drop-off at gate number 6
If you’re directly coming from the airport, please know that IICC and Terminal 3(IGI Airport) are connected via a new underpass approach road and is easily accessible.
Parking – All delegates can self-park their vehicles by entering from Gate number 2, upto 1200 cars can be parked here. However, we highly recommend taking a metro as the venue is well connected to the metro lines. You could also take a cab and get off at Gate Number 6. Please note the vehicles responsibility and parking charges will be borne by the delegates.
Additional Information :
Security – The safety and security of attendees at ad:tech New Delhi is our primary concern. Security checks will be mandatory when entering venues. These checks will be in adherence with Delhi’s security and health protocols at the time of the event.
Cloakrooms – There will be cloakrooms and bag drop available at ad:tech New Delhi’24 managed by a 3rd party vendor and the personal belongings responsibility and charges will be borne by the delegates.
Food – Yes, you can find a range of food and beverage options at ad:tech New Delhi.
We’ve tried to ensure that there are suitable food options available to all attendees and have worked with the catering suppliers to accommodate a range of dietary requirements, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
All catering, and external food and beverage suppliers will adhere to strict government health and safety guidelines.
Payments – To limit the handling of money during the event, reduce queuing times, and improve health and safety standards, all food and beverage catering units inside the venue will be entirely cashless, in partnership with SIBS. Please remember to bring your card with you.

Emergencies :
Lost Items & Medical – Approach one of the ad:tech uniformed staff members or head to the information desk marked on the floorplan.
Fire – In case of fire, leave the building immediately by walking to the nearset safe ext. Leave all belongings and do not use the elevators. Do not return to the building until authorities indicate that it is safe to do so.
