Puneet Das

Puneet Das is Marketing Head – India for Tata Global Beverages Ltd. He is responsible for marketing plans for brands including Tetley, Tata Tea portfolio (Premium, Gold, Agni), regional brands (Chakra Gold, Kanan Devan, Gemini) & new launches (TeaVeda).

He is a marketing Professional with wide-ranging experience in FMCG companies across India, Africa & International markets. His previous work experience includes senior Marketing roles across FMCG such as Gillette, Marico, Pepsico, GSK Consumer Healthcare Ltd. on iconic brands such as 7Up, Boost, Horlicks.
He is an avid reader and enjoys an occasional round of Golf.

Nitin Sethi

Nitin brings deep experience in product design and digital customer experience, which he has acquired over the last 19 years across leading internet companies in India. He is currently leading IndiGo as VP Digital to help the group undergo Digital Transformation. He previously built Quikr.com, Yatra.com, Naukri.com, Indiatimes, Rediff and Bharti Airtel. He is an expert in crafting loveable experience for the consumers through simple and usable products. Nitin mentors many startups and has invested in a few of them, as well. He also likes to speak on Design Thinking on many public forums.

Nitin has won the ‘Design-led Entrepreneurship Awards’ 2017 at TiE 2017. Nitin has been awarded with Karnataka Brand Leadership Award 2017. He got recognized as top digital influencer and made it to Adobe Content 100 list for 2017. Nitin has recently also made it to Adobe Digi100 list for 2018.

Dhiraj Gupta

Dhiraj Gupta is the Co-Founder and CTO of ‘mFilterIt’, the world’s leading trust partner offering neutral third-party solutions for Ad Fraud detection and prevention.

He leads the global technology and operations of the company, catering to customers across the globe, helping them enable trust and integrity in the digital ecosystem. In a career spanning over 15 years, blended with telecommunications and emerging technologies, Dhiraj has worked with companies like Nokia Networks and Wipro Technologies in different roles as System Engineer, Technical lead and Solution engagement.

With a strong personality and determination, Dhiraj has proved to be a successful entrepreneur. One of his biggest strengths is his ability to nurture relationships with his clients which has helped him to successfully harness big companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Unilever, Noon, KFC, as mFilterIt clients among others, in the USA, EMEA and APAC.

He is the greatest proponent of the need for building the trust that exists through the digital value chain. He is the mastermind behind identifying a bad BOT and demarcating it from a good one in the digital world and he loves to develop technologies for them. Exceptionally passionate about the Digital World, Dhiraj is always in a discovery mode. He enjoys immersing in autonomous technologies and develop robots in his leisure.

Dhiraj has done his MBA from the prestigious, IIM Lucknow and is an Engineering graduate from Delhi College of Engineering.

AKASH DEEP BATRA

Akash Deep Batra is the Executive Director and Head of Marketing, Growth, Customer Experience and Analytics at DBS Bank. Akash leads a team of over 70 functional experts to drive marketing, consumer acquisition through digital and physical channels, portfolio growth through digital campaigns, consumer research & insights, consumer experience (including UI/UX), business analytics, and cognitive banking across the DBS India consumer banking business and brands.

Before DBS, Akash was Head of Brand Communication, Corporate Brand and Digital at Nestlé India. In his 7-year-long stint at Nestle, he was also the head of digital and eCommerce for the Asia Pacific Region. Akash has also worked at Infosys for over 9 years in various roles in business consulting, product management, and technology management functions.

Recognized as one of the Top 50 Marketers in 2021 by the BusinessWorld Magazine, Akash is a frequent speaker at various industry conferences and universities across the world and a commentator on trends & innovations in marketing & technology.

He is an engineer from Kurukshetra University and a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
