Ritika Taneja

Ritika comes with a diverse experience in the e-commerce and offline retail space. As a digital business leader, she has experience in engaging with consumer tech companies. She has a proven track record of building successful consumer-centric brands and businesses.

In her current role, Ritika is leading the e-commerce product offerings to clients and is also responsible for co-creating the e-commerce vision and strategy charter for GroupM India.

Prior to GroupM, Ritika has spent a decade being a part of the business leadership teams of e-commerce companies like Snapdeal and Shopclues, wherein she has played a pivotal role in driving the strategic roadmap, data-driven operations, launching digital private brands, and omnichannel initiatives.

In her career spanning over 17 years, Ritika has spent a large part working in the online and offline retail space. Her experience also includes working on several international brands managing and growing their brand portfolios.

Martje Abeldt

Martje Abeldt, CEO of RevX, is a multilingual technophile and expert in mobile strategy, marketing, and technology. He has spoken on panels and as a keynote speaker at events like MWC, Dmexco, Mobile Growth, eTail, The Future of Mobile Banking, GMIC, AppsFlyer MAMA, and others.

Equipped with experience from over two decades in international business development and an extensive network of contacts within the digital ecosystem, he is a key figure in the mobile growth sector.

His family roots going back to Germany, Portugal, Italy, Indonesia, and China help him familiarize himself quickly with different cultures/regions and thus understand the diverse demands of the global business landscape.

Vineet Jain

He is responsible for driving company’s mission and strategy.

Vineet is a seasoned & versatile management professional with 25+ years of diversified rich experience mainly in heading Hypermarket, Supermarket and Fashion Business.

During his work tenure he has worked in manufacturing, capital & Finance market as well. He has conceptualised and co-creator of many brands like Big Bazaar, Vishal, etc.

Under his current role he is in multi-disciplinary roles and bringing Vmart to scale through strategy & actions. He is Involved in the entire spectrum of Retail including adding new Footprints / Geography , Acquisition, operations, sales, Marketing, Building FMCG Business & Partner Brand Business.

He is with Retail industry since inception of Modern Retail trade in India. Empowering a team to be able to do the above is his idea of gratification. Vineet has both depth and breadth of leadership and operational experience in the value retailing format, and a customer-centric approach.

Vineet is a well-educated and did Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Company Secretary Inter from ICSI & Cost Work Accountant from ICWAI. Also an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and did Advanced Management Program from Insead, France.

Vineet speak English, Hindi & many regional languages.

Mukesh Ghuraiya

Mukesh is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Modi Naturals Ltd, a leading Indian FMCG company in the F&B space. With over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing, he has built a strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing management, and business growth across diverse industries.

His career spans FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Smartphones, Consumer Internet, and Media, where he has worked with some of the finest brands, including Philips, Rado Watches, LAVA Smartphones, Bloomberg, and CNBC TV18. His multi-industry exposure gives him a unique perspective on consumer behavior, brand positioning, and market disruption.

Mukesh’s contributions to the marketing landscape have earned him several prestigious accolades, including IMPACT CMO 40under40, Marketer of the Year 2023 by Adgully, and 40Under40 Best Marketing Professional by Agency Reporter (2022).

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from MICA, Ahmedabad.
