Dhruv is Head of Ads for Disney+ Hotstar in India. As part of his profile, he is responsible for delivering ad revenue for Disney+ Hotstar which includes Sales, Agency Partnerships, Strategy, Measurement & Ad Tech Solutions, CreativeWorks as well as Ad Operations. Dhruv comes with over 21 years of experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business consulting across Google, Accenture Consulting and Airtel. His robust multi sector expertise in digital transformation spans across FMCG & D2C, BFSI and Telecom domains.

A strategic mind well versed in the digital video realm, Dhruv comprehends the architecture of Omnichannel business building, & has steered diverse, intricate teams for over a decade. He possesses a strong passion for Sales coaching, fostering high performing teams and facilitating programs for team development and organizational change.

He holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and an engineering degree from Pune University.

On the personal front he enjoys jamming and playing the guitar with his son. He also cherishes traveling with his spouse and son, exploring both familiar and new destinations.

Noelia has extensive experience in the mobile, internet and social media, with a proven track record of success in developing profitable business from scratch in international markets. Her deep knowledge of the mobile industry has been forged working in different positions in the value chain, multiple business models across more than a dozen markets. Before becoming CEO at mediasmart, she held multiple executive positions such as VP of Marketing and Business Development for EMEA at Palm (acquired by HP), VP of Mobile for the social network Hi5 and Managing Director for Buongiorno USA (acquired by NTT DOCOMO).

Noelia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Santiago de Compostela University (Spain) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, where she was a Fulbright Scholar.

Richa is a marketing leader with 15 years of experience across e-commerce, retail, consumer internet and energy management. She has donned several hats in her marketing career and has worked with many loved brands like Amazon, KFC (Yum Brands) and OLX.
