Paul D’Arcy

Paul D’Arcy is the Chief Marketing Officer at Moloco, where he leads the global marketing team in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion. In his role, he is responsible for shaping Moloco’s marketing strategy, strengthening its position as a leader in machine learning-driven performance advertising, and accelerating growth across its product portfolio. With more than two decades of experience, Paul has a proven track record of scaling global marketing organizations and driving transformative growth at high-growth technology companies.

Prior to joining Moloco, Paul was Chief Marketing Officer at Miro, where he led a team of 100+ marketers to establish Miro as a standard tool for modern enterprises. Under his leadership, the company added millions of users and grew revenue by 1,000%. Before Miro, Paul spent over seven years as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Indeed, where he helped scale the company from $150 million to over $4 billion in revenue and built a 400+ person global marketing team. His efforts cemented Indeed as the world’s most-used job site, serving 250 million monthly users. Earlier in his career, Paul held his first CMO role at MessageOne, a pioneer in email archiving and business continuity SaaS, which was acquired by Dell in 2008.

Paul earned his MBA at Harvard Business School and holds a BA from Wesleyan University.

Saakshi Verma Menon

Saakshi Verma Menon is the Chief Marketing Officer for India Foods at PepsiCo India. In her role, she is responsible for leading the Foods Marketing agenda and driving strategic brand growth, reporting into the India Leadership Team.

Sarthak Ahuja has over a decade of experience in startup advisory. He is a Chartered Account and a Gold Medallist from the Indian School of Business.
