Niti Kumar

Niti Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer of Spark Foundry India, a modern media agency with a start-up mindset. She leads the agency’s growth agenda with a sharp focus on agility, consumer-centric thinking, and performance-led planning, ensuring media delivers measurable business impact, not just visibility.

With over two decades of experience spanning media, marketing, and business leadership, Niti brings a rare combination of strategic clarity and operational rigour. During her four-plus years with Publicis Groupe as Chief Operations Officer at Starcom India, she has been instrumental in shaping high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and driving sustained momentum across the business.

Before being a part of Publicis Groupe, Niti served as Chief Marketing Officer at Penguin Random House India, where she led marketing for over 300 titles and played a key role in launching the company’s audiobooks and e-commerce divisions, significantly expanding its digital presence and direct-to-consumer capabilities.

A strong advocate for consumer insight, data-led decision-making, and innovation, Niti is recognised for translating strategy into action. Her leadership has earned her multiple accolades, including being named among the Most Influential Digital Leaders of 2024. A TEDx speaker, she is known for challenging conventions and pushing boundaries – cementing her reputation as a forward-thinking leader shaping the future of marketing.

Utsav Malhotra

An Magna cum laude alumnus of Durham University, UK and IITB, Utsav is also a double gold medalist from NIFT where he pursued design. With a keen eye for product and a penchant for numbers, he found himself in leadership roles across businesses that anchored around lifestyle and luxury and sought hyper growth. Prior to his current role at Noise, he has had stints with Nicobar Design, AMPM, Fashion and You, Arvind Lifestyle Brands amidst others. Utsav lends his expertise to execute Noise’s vision and accelerate its business goals in the current avatar. He was recently included in the BW40u40 list for his achievements and contributions to the industry. Work life aside, Utsav has an affinity for travel and deep sea diving and is an avid connoisseur of Indian Art.

Ashish Tiwari

Ashish comes with 20+ years of corporate experience across consumer (FMCG/FMCD), telecom, Insurance and new media domains. Ashish has been practicing brand marketing, digital transformation, technology and data analytics. He is currently with Home Credit India as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy, customer experience and the digital-led omni-channel brand building. His previous role was as Chief Marketing & Digital officer with the Indian arm of Italian Insurance giant Generali, where he was leading the brand, engagement, PR and digital for the company. Earlier, he was leading digital transformation strategy for HMC, A Hero Motors Company where he led the digital for the group across the globe. Before HMC, while working at Jubilant, he proactively planned and implemented best-use practices in marketing communications across mediums – trade, digital, mobile, ATL and BTL. He is equipped with a post-graduate degree in Business Management from LBSIM, New Delhi combined with a digital and social media specialization from IIM, Bangalore.

Sameer Jain

With over 17 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, I lead the D2C business unit at Axis Max Life, one of India’s leading life insurance companies.

I manage the annual paid revenue, marketing budget, roadmap, and team for the D2C web, app, seo, and customer engagement channels, as well as the tele-sales team. I leverage my expertise in digital technology, online marketing, analytics, and customer retention to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation in the D2C insurance space.
