Mahip Dwivedi

Mahip Dwivedi is the Vice President and Head of Marketing at Pepperfry. In his current position, Mahip spearheads the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing brand communication, and enhancing performance marketing efforts. At Pepperfry, he is also instrumental in crafting effective customer retention strategies and managing public relations functions. With a focus on driving growth and solidifying Pepperfry’s market position, Mahip’s appointment is a testament to his proven track record in the field of marketing.

A seasoned professional with over 16+ years of experience in Digital and Performance Marketing Mahip has served in leadership positions at various fast-growing companies. Before joining Pepperfry, Mahip served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Tyke Invest where he showcased his exceptional skills in marketing strategy and brand building which led to significant contributions to the company’s growth.

Mahip’s ability to merge Brand with Performance Marketing with extensive knowledge on building Martech stacks has consistently resulted in impactful Business for other brands in past like Flipkart, Bigbasket & CommonFloor.com to name a few.

Bringing a wealth of experience to his role at Pepperfry, Mahip’s background is distinguished by a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a knack for developing innovative marketing strategies. Mahip has done his Masters in Business Administration with a Dual Specialization in Marketing & HR from MS Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bengaluru.

ASHOK SHINDE

A marketer with over 15 years of experience in performance, branding, and data driven marketing. He has helped global, regional and domestic brands across different verticals achieve marketing and branding objectives leveraging digital media. He is currently responsible for performance and data driven marketing solutions at PivotRoots, a full-service digital marketing agency powered by data & technology fuelled by design thinking. In past, he had spearheaded digital marketing efforts for Shaadi.com, and also has worked with leading digital agencies in India and Singapore.

SHUBHAM JHA

Shubham Jha manages the Adjust sales business in India. In his role, Shubham is responsible for leading the region’s sales efforts, focusing on building go-to-market strategies and growing the business’ market share and revenue. Shubham has close to a decade’s experience working in tech and digital marketing space and is passionate about promoting how marketing/growth tech can help companies succeed. Shubham has been consulting mid-size & strategic brands with growth stacks ie Sony, Sharekhan, P&G, HUL, HDFC, KFC, Pizza Hut, HDFC, Extramarks, Rizzle, Chingari, Roposo, Playsimple, Nukebox, Ludostar etc

SAMRAT DUTTA

Samrat has over 15 years of experience in the Media and Digital industry. He has worked with leading media organizations including Infoedge, Hindustan Times, Komli Media, and has been instrumental in building & growing the ad sales business at these organizations.  In his current role, he is the National sales head for Tyroo, Snapchat Business in India. He has played a key role in driving revenue and growing the ad monetisation mandate for the partner.

KHUSHBOO BADERIYA

Khushboo leads social capability at Sokrati. In her current role she is also responsible to establish centre of excellence team (CoE). She drives innovation and marries it with technology to help her organisation and clients to use the resources efficiently.

In her career of 10 years, she has worked with 80+ top brands across various industries. In her last few year, she has played a critical role in growing and evolving the social expertise at sokrati.

SWAGATA PALHARYA

Swagata leads sales partnerships in India and SEA for Snapchat. She works closely with Snapchat’s reseller in the market. In her current role, she engages with top advertisers across E-Commerce, CPG, Technology to name a few.

In her career of over 10 years, she has worked with various organisations link, InMobi and Applift and has played an instrumental role in developing India and International Markets. In her previous stint as Sales Manager at Tyroo she worked with various top clients from India for Snapchat.

Swagata has received an MBA degree in Finance from Bangalore University.

IRENE JOSHY

Irene is a social anthropologist with over 20 years of experience that spans research, advertising and marketing. She leads the Creative domain team across the region to build effective advertising through relevant messaging and cultural authenticity.

Irene spearheads the Kantar cultural-creative curation stream that involves Client consulting on impactful story telling along with providing direction to optimise and enhance brand narratives.

Irene has worked with clients across a broad range of categories to apply Design Thinking to innovation, product development and creative insight. She has spoken publicly on a variety of topics ranging from brand archetypes and unearthing great story opportunities to the effective use of semiotic frameworks in advertising.

RAJEEV DHAL

Rajeev is the Chief Operating Officer of AdOnMo – an ad-tech enterprise that has built the largest addressable & measurable digital OOH network. The technology offers omni-screen ad-solutions to reach high value, homogenous cohorts at scale and available through all leading programmatic demand side platforms.

Previously he has driven business growth & revenue across a wide range of media and consumer internet companies like Zee5, Dailyhunt, SHAREit & Aqilliz by building teams, processes and data first growth strategies.

He is an alumnus of MICA, Ahmedabad.
