PRASHANT PURI

Prashant Puri is the co-founder & CEO of AdLift, a Digital Marketing Solutions company headquartered in Gurgaon with offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and SF Bay Area, USA.

An alumnus from Columbia University, Prashant is a digital marketing expert having an extensive 20+ years of industry experience. With his ability of building websites into multi-million dollar enterprises, he played an instrumental role in setting up the company and taking it to a high growth trajectory.

Prior to founding AdLift, Prashant played the Head of Global Marketing at eBay’s comparison-shopping arm – Shopping.com, where he established footprints of the company worldwide. Before that, Prashant’s leadership role at Yahoo! revolved around cutting edge technologies that focused on driving synergies between search and display.

In 2005, he successfully nurtured A&T Interactive into the second largest local search player by leading their foray into the digital marketing world.

AKASH DEEP BATRA

Akash Deep Batra is the Executive Director and Head of Marketing, Growth, Customer Experience and Analytics at DBS Bank. Akash leads a team of over 70 functional experts to drive marketing, consumer acquisition through digital and physical channels, portfolio growth through digital campaigns, consumer research & insights, consumer experience (including UI/UX), business analytics, and cognitive banking across the DBS India consumer banking business and brands.

Before DBS, Akash was Head of Brand Communication, Corporate Brand and Digital at Nestlé India. In his 7-year-long stint at Nestle, he was also the head of digital and eCommerce for the Asia Pacific Region. Akash has also worked at Infosys for over 9 years in various roles in business consulting, product management, and technology management functions.

Recognized as one of the Top 50 Marketers in 2021 by the BusinessWorld Magazine, Akash is a frequent speaker at various industry conferences and universities across the world and a commentator on trends & innovations in marketing & technology.

He is an engineer from Kurukshetra University and a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).

VIVEK BHARGAVA

A digital marketing veteran with a two-decade experience, Vivek Bhargava is the Chief Executive Officer of DAN Performance Group, wherein he heads and is responsible for all the digital performance agencies of Dentsu Aegis Network. An early frontrunner in the digital revolution in India, Vivek believes that ‘digital’ is much more than a mere marketing medium, playing the role of a catalyst and multiplier across every aspect of business. He consults an impressive roster of clients and advises them on the most effective digital strategies for their brands.   

Prior to this, Vivek was the CEO at iProspect India, a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network.

Vivek is the proud owner of the team Shazé Challengers in the Ultimate Tennis Table league, the country’s first-ever professional table tennis league.

Vivek has donned the role of an investor in the reality television show The Vault which funds innovative start-ups by promising entrepreneurs on the merit of their business idea instantly.

He is a TEDx speaker, where he recently delivered a talk on ‘Happiness is a muscle’ at TEDx Coimbatore. He is a regular orator at global events such as ad:tech, SES, SMX, I-com and the Apex Digital conferences in India. He has been invited by educational institutes of repute, namely IIT Mumbai, IIM Bangalore and 20 others.

He is the Co-Chair at SEMPO APAC and on the advisory board of industry bodies like ad:tech, DMAi and DMTI. He is on the board of Young Presidents Organization Mumbai and was associated with The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) earlier.

Vivek has been awarded for his invaluable contribution to the digital marketing fraternity on several occasions, couple of the coveted recognitions being titled ‘Marketer of the Year’ and named one of the top 50 digital icons of India. Under his able leadership, iProspect India has won over 100 industry awards globally along with bagging the ‘Agency of the Year 2015’ label at the 5th Asian Customer Engagement Forum.

Vivek actualized his entrepreneurial edge back in 1997 when he founded Communicate 2. The company joined hands with iProspect from the Dentsu Aegis Network in 2012. He led iProspect Communicate 2 as the Founder and Managing Director. The company was rebranded as iProspect India at the end of 2015 and Vivek held reign as Chief Executive Officer from then to 2016. He is now elevated to a senior role within DAN – CEO of DAN Performance Group. iProspect India is home to over 300 people across four offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Chennai. It offers brands an entire spectrum of result-oriented digital marketing strategies. DAN Performance Group includes iProspect India along with SVG Media. Vivek is a proud national level table tennis player and has won multiple laurels in the sport worldwide, one of the highlights being when Vivek bagged the bronze medal in the 39+ table tennis nationals held in 2015. He is also an avid chess player and an amateur paragliding pilot. A complete travel buff and lover of new experiences, he has travelled to more than 50 countries on various projects and tournaments.

VANDANA CHAMARIA

Vandana Chamaria is a passionate marketing professional with fifteen years of leading growth focused marketing assignments across diverse categories ranging from Hospitality to Consumer Products to Healthcare to Tech with experience of delivering on challenging P&Ls, defining brand strategy & architecture, building differentiated consumer proposition, leading cross functional projects & teams and working with global multi-cultural teams in diverse international markets.

Presently she is the Head of Business Marketing for Google India. Prior to this she has worked with some of the most iconic brands like Horlicks, Eno, Iodex, Farex, Protinex, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut & Hero. In various parts of her career she’s worked across India, U.K. and North America. She has won many internal and external awards and recognitions for her work. In 2014, she was inducted into the Innovation Hall of Fame for Yum India and was awarded the “CEO’s Award” by Greg Creed, Global CEO Yum Brands. On many instances, she has also been quoted in leading publications like Brand Equity and Paul Writer. In her spare times she likes mentoring start-ups in the food services and digital marketing space to support them scale their business.

Tushar is part of GroupM South Asia ExCo and leading digital media practise for GroupM South Asia. Tushar is also responsible for investment and corporate business development.

Tushar had launched Digital Media business unit (Interaction) for GroupM India and build up to 300+ member team and expanded services in areas like Content, search & programmatic buying , mobile, digital activation, Social, Insight and digital analytics. GroupM digital Media practise is today largest digital media solution provider with more than 150 active clients. GroupM digital practise has been consistently best performer across all the media and digital awards.

Sunder Madakshira is the Chief Executive Officer of Rezolve India. Sunder will lead all aspects of growth for Rezolve’s business in India like sales, marketing, operations and customer success. He will engage with the brands in India that are looking to take their customer experience to the next level and to ensure Rezolve’s customers and partners are successful.

Sunder has held leadership roles for over 26 years in Sales and Marketing with companies such as Adobe, Hindustan Unilever, VISA, SAP WIPRO and Infosys. He is considered a pioneer in Data Driven Operating Models (DDOM) in B2B marketing in India.

In her years with Info Edge, Sumeet has been the architect of several effective campaigns including the high-recall ‘Hari Sadu’ ad for Naukri.com, the recent ‘Be Found’ campaign for Jeevansathi, amongst others.
