Being a fitness enthusiast herself, Pallavi doubles up as a KOL for the brand with her commentaries on fitness, nutrition, Women’s health, and holistic fitness. With the attitude and mindset of an everyday athlete, she has created a following for the brand and for herself as a content creator. Pallavi formally trains in calisthenics and practices movement training, weight training, and long-distance running on other days. She is a self-educated nutrition expert with a keen interest in research and experiment who has also counseled people and put them on the path of living a sustainable and holistic lifestyle through course correction, discipline, and course correction.
With her experience at HRX and consulting at other successful celebrity brands like House of Pataudi – the confidence in creating, building, and sustaining successful celebrity propositions was further strengthened and this was the germ that took the shape of LAP Ventures at the peak of pandemic. While most people were consolidating and withdrawing during the pandemic, Pallavi’s contrarian approach make her expand her horizons further and LAP ventures were set up in March of 2021.
Harminder is an Insead alumni and a high-impact and committed solution sales leader who has worked with Fortune 500 companies with 15 years of experience in technical & functional applications sales, strategic & key account management, business development and people management. He’s a committed individual who is eager to boost revenue by utilizing his consultative selling skills and is currently spearheading the India business while leading teams, promoting & growing sale of products and services at WebEngage. He has managed to transit his enthusiasm, creativity and experience into a position where he could continue to provide the strategic and tactical leadership critical for generating revenue, customers, profitability and retaining valued customers of various organizations. He is excited to bring WebEngage and their unique culture to his management abilities in order to find, nurture and grow the business in the India market.

Married, blessed with a daughter and lives in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Despite being a passionate ultra-cyclist he also finds solace in hiking and is also fond of adventurous sport such as Formula 1 and dirt biking. He has also visited many wild life sanctuaries and other historic locations around the world, and enjoys dining at Michelin-starred restaurants.

In her career span, she has worked across a variety of categories like Publishing, FMCG, Telecom, Automobiles, Garments and BFSI.
Before joining Starcom, Niti worked at Penguin Random House India, where she spearheaded marketing along with the digital and data initiatives of the organisation. A graduate from MICA, she has worked in leadership roles at GroupM (Managing Partner North & East at Mediacom) and Mudra Communications (Office Head, Media, Delhi & Kolkata).
A TEDx speaker, Niti has closely led and managed media investments and strategy for global and local businesses like Mars Wrigley, Shell Plc, Makemytrip.com, Gillette, Amway and Reckitt Benckiser, to name a few.

Vipul is one of the earliest team members at Affle and has played a key role in building Affle over the last 16 years. He has played a multitude of roles across different business units and functions including Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Product and Operations In his current role, he is the leader of MAAS platform business in India, and is responsible for driving the growth of MAAS Platform in India and the overall product and strategy for the platform. Vipul has over 17 years of experience in Consulting and Adtech. Prior to joining Affle, he worked with IBM business consulting specializing in the Telecom Practice. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from IIIT-Hyderabad and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
