Shilpa Desai

Shilpa Desai is the EVP & Head of Marketing for HDFC ERGO. In her present role, she is responsible for defining and driving the brand strategy and roadmap for the Company, while supporting business initiatives through marketing and communications. Her key strength lies in driving strategic brand and marketing programs, with a deep understanding of digital technologies and evolving customer behavior. 

Shilpa brings to the table an experience of 18+ years across manufacturing, product management and service organizations, including an extensive experience in the BFSI sector.

During her previous stints, she has held leadership roles in Marketing and Digital Business and has been a key driver in developing and repositioning Marcom strategies for brands like ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank and Fullerton India Credit Company Limited.

Shilpa is an Engineer graduate and holds an MBA degree in Marketing. Currently, she is also pursuing her PhD in Management from IIT Bombay.

Mansi Datta

Mansi Datta is a media advertising professional with 20+ years experience. Her career spanning across advertising agencies and corporates.
Her experience pans across a diverse set of industries including FMCG, Consumer Durables, Education, IT, Spirits, Carbonated beverages, Telecom and Ecom.

Her focus has been on strategic planning and implementation across varied media from analogue to digital and across varied consumer groups from kids to moms, youth to old, popular to premium, rural to metro audiences in India.

Mansi took over the reins of Wavemaker’s operations for North & East India just as the pandemic hit in 2020.
Even in work from home scenario, Invested in areas like content, performance, e-commerce and audience sciences to deliver greater value to the clients. Today, with new business wins with billings upwards of INR 2.5Bn and a well-diversified service offering, Wavemaker North is a leader in the region.

Mansi is passionate about arts and music. She dabbles in water colour painting and sketching. She is also fond of playing the piano – with focus on western classical music.

Samriddh Dasgupta

Samriddh Dasgupta is the Chief Marketing Officer at Heads Up For Tails, India’s Largest Omni-channel Petcare Destination. Samriddh has been instrumental in building and scaling brands like Dineout, HCL Tech, Aakash Digital and Bombay Shaving Company.

Adam Skinner

Adam holds dual roles at CitrusAd – being the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Adam’s role touches all areas of product strategy, engineering, platform operations, security, and commercial teams. Adam was the former CTO at Asia Pacific’s largest health, fitness and lifestyle holding group (Fitness and Lifestyle Group) where he spearheaded digital transformation across 6 businesses. As a visionary, in the technology, ecommerce, adTech and marTech space; Adam’s digital experience means he provides a consultative, ‘over-the-horizon’ and collaborative approach to product design, strategy and technology architecture – meaning that CitrusAd and their retailers will always be ahead of the pack.

With over two decades of experience across media, marketing and communications, Monaz is an inspiring leader with an in-depth understanding of business, strategy, media planning and buying, analytics and market research.

Over the years, she has lent her knowledge across various roles at Wavemaker, Madison Communications and Lodestar. With expertise in mentoring cross-functional regional teams and assimilating learnings, she has diverse exposure across industries like FMCG, Telecom, BFSI and Retail, among others.
