VISHAL JACOB

As a digital marketer Vishal Jacob has witnessed the roller-coaster ride of India’s digital marketing transformation journey from up close and personal – from the dotcom burst in the early 2000’s to the current age of data driven marketing. The purpose has remained the same – enabling brands to establish a deep connection with the consumer – yet the means whether through Search, Social, Mobile, Programmatic etc. have dramatically evolved and are continuing to do so at a frenetic pace.

Vishal considers himself fortunate to have worked with some of the best clients and the best talent in all aspects of digital marketing across India and parts of South East Asia. Vishal has led and assisted clients across industries (Auto, FMCG, Telco, Media & Retail) in their digital transformation journey hinging it on creating a connected ecosystem of paid, owned & earned properties. The result has been a purposeful digital media strategy that drives business outcomes.

During his previous roles he has been instrumental in helping a small 8-member team grow into a 100-member team and become one of India’s finest and most successful digital agencies. Their work has been recognized and awarded in multiple global forums such as the Festival of Media, M&M Global, World Media Awards & WPPED Crème.

Vishal is also a published Author and a certified coach from ICF with further specialization in transactional analysis and NLP, Vishal continues to nurture and coach talent to prep them for leadership roles.In his current role Vishal continues to drive this transformation with a focus rooted deeply in nurturing talent and enhancing digital product capabilities.

SUHEN SINGHAL

A strategist, and a marketer, Suhen has extensive experience in long-term growth strategy and digital marketing.

In his current role, he is instrumental in shaping the thought-leadership agenda for Amazon Advertising along with leading several key marketing initiatives.

In past, Suhen has worked with a number of leading organizations, in the country and globally, to define their growth strategy, help launch products in new markets, and enhance customer experience. He has also co-authored a number of thought-papers on various strategic topics.

ANJLI MALHOTRA

A thought leader, and a keen researcher, Anjli has close to two decades of experience in consumer insights and has partnered with some of the most admired brands across the globe.

She has been instrumental in helping brands leverage consumer insights to inform marketing strategy and decisions to maximise growth.

With vast experience of having collaborated with different brands, in different industries and markets, she is an expert at harnessing consumers insights to address marketing imperatives.

Anjli is currently Vice President – Consumer Insights at Kantar South Asia and has previously been in leadership roles in different brands within Kantar.

GAURAV SETH

Gaurav Seth joined Lotame in 2015 as the company’s India Country Manager, and has been a key part of helping Lotame grow exponentially within the market. Seth has been an industry veteran in digital advertising and has spent the last 11 years in the data management space alone.

Chanpreet Arora

Chanpreet Arora is the Chief Business Officer at Wholsum Foods, the parent company of Slurrp Farm and Mille – brands redefining our relationship with food. She leads product innovation and business expansion, ensuring that India’s powerhouse super grains reach more families across the country and beyond. Under her leadership, Wholsum Foods has expanded its portfolio, pioneered category-first innovations, and entered new markets, all while staying true to its mission: making food that’s good for people and the planet, without compromising on taste.

CHANNAN SAWHNEY

Digital and Audience specialist, Brand Consultant, D&I Leader, Connected Commerce guru, Working Mom. Currently heading Media and Digital Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. Prior experience includes leading digital marketing globally at Tata Global beverages with experience across markets like UK, US, Canada, China and Sales and Brand Management stints at Asian Paints and Essar.

Winner of Digital Women Leadership award in 2019 and top 100 Digital Marketers in 2020. She mentors start-ups on weekends.

VIVEK MISRA

As Senior Director at The Trade Desk, Vivek leads strategic data partnerships across India, SEA and ANZ to help our clients become more successful through data-driven programmatic advertising. His focus is to develop and nurture key partnerships in functional areas like audiences, retail, measurement, TV and context – for this region.

Vivek has spent the last few years working in both commercial and product strategy roles across technology, consulting and early stage startups in APAC. He is an advocate of data-driven insights and champions programmatic advertising adoption to driver better business outcomes.

SAVITA PAI

Savita Pai, Chief Digital & Media Officer at Diageo India, heads media planning & deployment, digital and influencer activations, ecommerce, content partnerships and brand advocacy for the spirits giant Diageo for their India business. She is known for her strategic mindset, ability to drive large scale transformation and leadership of diverse teams. Prior to this role, she led Strategy for Diageo India working with the CEO to drive medium to long term strategy initiatives.

In her current role, Savita leads media and brand communications across the Diageo India portfolio from McDowells No.1, Royal Challenge, Signature to Black Dog, Black & White and Johnnie Walker. She works closely with cross-industry associations to lead new age media thinking as well as pioneer Marketing in the media dark segment of Indian alcobev.

She has worked in strategy development and deployment mostly in technology & retail sectors for over 16 years – first as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co., then in Corporate Strategy at HP & Flipkart, running Cisco’s startup acceleratorLaunchPad as well as setting up new businesses for Amar Chitra Katha.

Savitahas a Post Graduate diploma in ManagementfromIndian Institute of Management, Bangalore and has completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from PESIT Bangalore.

ANIL CHILLA

Anil Chilla is responsible for the digital transformation and e-commerce acceleration at L’Oréal India. Anil has been L’Oréal India since July, 2019.

Anil’s key responsibilities include building a digital-first culture and driving L’Oréal’s strategy of establishing e-commerce as a growth engine, thereby enabling the organisation’s global evolution as a Beauty-Tech company.

Prior to joining L’Oréal, Anil worked with Levi’s where heled the regional e-commerce business and omni-channel capabilities based in the regional HQ at Singapore. He was responsible for creating and expanding the brand’s ecommerce business across China, India, Japan and Southeast Asia and building the omni-channel roadmap. He hasdriven a 3X growth for Levi’s ecommerce business over four years.Previously, Anil was associated with Dell Technologies in multiple roles across Singapore and India. He led the B2C e-commerce business for Asia and B2B e-commerce business for SEA.

Anil started his career in frontline sales for technology start-ups.  He has significant expertisein building businesses across multiple categories and markets with direct experience managing China, India and SEA.

Anil holds an MBA degree from XLRI Jamshedpur in Marketing and Finance.

AJAY GUPTE

Ajay has rich experience of over 23 years in media, sales and marketing spanning across markets like India, Africa and Indonesia.

Ajay joined Wavemaker India in 2019 as COO and then became CEO – South Asia in Jan 2020. Prior to becoming COO, Wavemaker India, Ajay served as Managing Director of Wavemaker Indonesia since 2011. Under his leadership, Wavemaker Indonesia saw exponential growth winning several clients.

Before this, in India, Ajay was Maxus Delhi’s (now Wavemaker) General Manager, leading clients such as Nokia and Hero among others. Prior to joining Wavemaker, he held various roles in sales and marketing with TVS Motor Company.

Ajay loves to travel and explore different cuisine and occasionally experiments with his culinary skills. During his leisure time,  he loves watching action- thriller series with teenage son.
