TUSHAR VYAS

Tushar is part of GroupM South Asia ExCo and leading digital media practise for GroupM South Asia. Tushar is also responsible for investment and corporate business development.

Tushar had launched Digital Media business unit (Interaction) for GroupM India and build up to 300+ member team and expanded services in areas like Content, search & programmatic buying , mobile, digital activation, Social, Insight and digital analytics. GroupM digital Media practise is today largest digital media solution provider with more than 150 active clients. GroupM digital practise has been consistently best performer across all the media and digital awards.

Tushar was also part of SureWaves start-up team. SureWaves is creating the SureWaves Media Grid

RAMNATH BOJEESH

Ram brings with him more than a decade of experience in SaaS sales covering the APAC region, including more than 7 years focusing on data intelligence/analytics platforms. He enjoys building creative solutions for marketing, consumer insights, innovation and data/intelligence teams.

Ram has worked closely with top Fortune 500 brands to deliver social, customer and market intelligence solutions that drive business value. Passionate about start-ups, AI/ML, Data and Edutech, Ram is also a budding triathlete who enjoys outdoor sports.

AJAY PV

Ajay was the Co-founder at Scapic, an Augmented reality startup that was acquired by Flipkart in Nov 2020. Currently, he leads the Flipkart Camera team. Flipkart Camera is unifying all camera experiences across different touchpoints in the FK app & offering an immersive experience to FK users, mainly through 3D & Augmented Reality. Before Scapic, Ajay has spent 2 years with Gridarster, a US-based AR/VR startup & 4.5 years at the Cisco research team. He has 2 patents filed in the AR/VR domain, one of which was published & granted earlier this year. On the personal front – Ajay is married for over 2 years now to Krithika, an aerospace engineer working with Siemens & has a pet dog named “Google”. Ajay is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast & would be a chef if not an engineer 🙂

RAHUL MISHRA

Mr. Rahul Mishra joined Shemaroo Entertainment in November 2017 and currently holds the position ofHead, Marketing and Communications. Over the course of almost four years, he has spearheaded the brand’s growth trajectory and initiatives.

He is a seasoned marketing professional, with over 15 years of experience and has a demonstrated history of helping brands excel in the Media & Entertainment sector. His areas of specialization includes Marketing Management, OTT Marketing, Digital Strategy, Content Creation, Market Research, and Partnerships. He recognizes the true call of customer satisfaction and impactful delivery, right at the core of his audience, gaining positive traction all along the way of success.

Prior to joining Shemaroo, Rahul was the Chief Revenue Officer at CinePlay, an innovation in cinema that presents timeless stories as a digitally-immersive experience. He has had a series of successful stints, leading Marketing forIndiaCast, a Viacom18 & TV18 venture and BBC Global News, where he was the Asia Pacific Marketing Manager for 8 years.

Rahul has pursued his MBA in Marketing from International Management Institute, New Delhi.  He has also completed a one year Post Graduate Programme in General Management & Leadership from INSEAD, at the France & Singapore Campus.

DEEPAK GUPTA

Deepak Gupta is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bombay Shaving company .Prior to BSC, he has 10+ year reach experience with Colgate-Palmolive wherein he lead the strategic efforts across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. He brings with him experience of working with the world’s most penetrated brand with 3.5+ billion daily active users. Gupta also spent more than two years In China and headed sales operations and strategy for entire Mainland China there and witnessed the tremendous mushrooming of brands which launched online and quickly scaled offline. Deepak is IIT-Bombay alumnus with key expertise in Sales& strategy, Analytics and people science. He loves reading and travelling with eye for history .

DIPASHREE DAS

Dipashree is an award winning marketing leader with 18 years of experience in launching & architecting brands for exponential growth, across India & SEA, at leading global organizations like Netflix, Singtel, Unilever and NDTV. After a decade in Singapore, she moved with Netflix to Mumbai, to shape the brand’s distinctive identity and chart its growth in India.

Dipashree is an ardent champion of women in business and espouses the cause actively, at work and outside. Her journey of navigating life and career in Asia was chronicled in the book Dear Ms Expat. She was also profiled in the Mercedes’ Benz initiative Women of Wisdom, alongside stalwarts of India’s media, arts and business community. In August 2021, she was awarded the prestigious APAC Content Mogul 2021 Award by Content Marketing Summit Asia, supported by the Asia Content Marketing Association (ACMA). Dipashree has spoken at several prestigious conferences across Asia and has been a guest lecturer at SCMHRD, Sophia College Mumbai, National University of Singapore & Nanyang Business School, NTU. Dipashree has recently launched her podcast Bulletproof by Dipashree Das on Spotify, which profiles the stories of incredible women who turned their harshest life adversities into their biggest wins

NIKHIL KUMAR

Consumer Marketing professional with over a decade of experience working in FMCG, Retail, F&B & Ad-Tech set-ups with global brands like Puma, L’Oreal, Cafe Coffee Day and recently Bytedance & InMobi. He was voted & awarded as one of India’s Most innovative Mar-Tech leaders in 2019 by World Marketing Congress. With a career spanning over 14+ years – Nikhil has worked across multiple functions with his domain expertise primarily being Brand Marketing (digital & offline), Business strategy/ Sales & Go-To Market plan/ execution across consumer goods, retail & start-up eco system. In his recent roles, he has led business functions across India, SEA, EU & has previously led marketing/business functions at Cafe Coffee Day, L’Oreal, Puma, HouseJoy & InMobi.

He currently leads the business of India & Southeast Asia for mediasmart, an Affle company.
