Tanushree Radhakrishnan

Tanushree has a proven track record for identifying market opportunities, driving, and accelerating business growth for clients, especially converting non digital brands to embrace digital. She has been instrumental in driving digital transformation for many brands and drive performance & measurability for them across verticals like travel, tech, auto, FMCG, BFSI, telco etc. using practices like Search, Social, Programmatic with equal flair. She firmly believes that specialisation, powered by automation and processes is required to build a culture of test and learn and drive innovation in the digital space.

In her current role Tanushree heads the ‘Biddable’ practice for GroupM Services, the centre of excellence and activation hub of GroupM. As the Head Biddable, she is instrumental in driving the processes, ensuring smooth operations, spearheading automation, and driving product excellence through global practices.

Prior to this she was the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Zenith, and she considers herself fortunate to have worked with the best agencies in India like Performics, Resutrix, MEC and Webchutney where she was given an opportunity to learn and flourish. She is a mentor to many digital exponents and believes in nurturing talent to build a better digital ecosystem.

Her strategic and yet pragmatic approach is fuelled by things like painting which give her patience and eye for detail and being a sports person which gives her focus and helps her understand the value of a team. She drives thought leadership in the market, has a representation across industry forums and has been visiting faculty across premium institutes like MICA, India Today, SOIL, FIIB etc.

Aditya Kanthy

Aditya has the privilege of leading some of the brightest minds in advertising in his role as CEO & Managing Director of the DDB Mudra Group. A homegrown leader, he has risen through the ranks in his 19-year journey with the Group.

Through the promise of Unexpected Works, Aditya helped reimagine DDB Mudra Group for the post-COVID age to ensure an unreasonable share of growth for its people, the company and their clients. Under his leadership, the company has gone on to become one of India’s largest marketing communications networks with successful ventures in gaming, B2B, pharma, and social impact communications. He has led the integrated transformations for some of the Group’s largest businesses, breaking the mould of offline-online thinking and making brand building a fluid and collaborative process. Aditya’s penchant for driving transformation stems from his aptitude and 16+ years of experience in strategic planning.

Abhijeet Dhar

Based in New Delhi, Dhar leads CNN International Commercial’s dynamic advertising sales business for the South Asia region while working closely with senior client and agency stakeholders and CNN International’s global leadership team. His remit includes employing business intelligence and delivering tailor-made cross-platform solutions for brands in the South Asia region. He is also responsible for developing the overall business strategy to maximize potential revenues from the region and aid the team in further raising the profile of CNN International.

The CNN International Ad sales business in South Asia has grown exponentially under Dhar’s leadership and as the global brand partnerships lead in the region, he has spearheaded pioneering initiatives for brands to communicate in the international context with their audiences at scale. Specifically, for India – which is a priority market for CNNIC – Dhar has structured and grown partnerships by leveraging propriety solutions including Bespoke Partnered Content and Native campaigns with key clients and categories across the country.

Dhar has a rich experience of over 19 years in the media and entertainment industry spanning across broadcast, digital, radio and print media. Prior to joining CNN, Dhar has held leadership roles at BBC Worldwide, Viacom Brand Solutions and the Bennet Coleman Group. He holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and studied Marketing at the Times School of Marketing. Aside from his passion for flying and love for dogs, Abhijeet is an avid biker a golfer and enjoys playing the piano and drums.

Ajit Pawar

Ajit Pawar handles the Partnerships for APAC at Adjust, to nurture and grow the flourishing landscape of global and local partners in the region. He brings in more than 15 years of diverse work experience in Technology, Consulting and ADTech space complemented with hands-on experience across domains like Performance & Digital Marketing, Big Data, Business Intelligence, CRM and Product Lifecycle Management, he’s passionate about innovating effective ways of data driven digital marketing strategy through technology.

Rohit Verma

Rohit is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of life experience in the field of Digital Advertising, Media & the Telecom sector. In his career span, he led P&L-focused teams to deliver multi-million revenue numbers & strategic business partnerships.

Rohit has demonstrated an uncanny knack for identifying & pursuing latent business trends. Among them, notably, one of the industry’s first, Rohit led innovations around the telecom data and brought in disruptions in the AD network and DMP businesses in 2012. This trendsetting fuelled many AD networks, telecom companies to focus on media & data monetization. He led the launch of the “Audience Pro (https://bit.ly/3xFYjgO )” product suite at Vserv, a leading AD TECH company (Vserv.com).

Rohit in his current CEO role at TorcAI, manages the P&L and Sales for the company, that he co-founded in 2017. At TorcAI, the team set out with a vision to build an advertising ecosystem that is transparent, efficient and ML led. Since its inception, the team has leveraged its expertise and experience to deliver bespoke projects across the ad tech ecosystem. Some of the projects include Paytm (India’s largest Payment app – Alibaba funded) and Vodafone India (India’s 3rd largest Telcom operator).
