Harminder Ari

Harminder is an Insead alumni and a high-impact and committed solution sales leader who has worked with Fortune 500 companies with 15 years of experience in technical & functional applications sales, strategic & key account management, business development and people management. He’s a committed individual who is eager to boost revenue by utilizing his consultative selling skills and is currently spearheading the India business while leading teams, promoting & growing sale of products and services at WebEngage. He has managed to transit his enthusiasm, creativity and experience into a position where he could continue to provide the strategic and tactical leadership critical for generating revenue, customers, profitability and retaining valued customers of various organizations. He is excited to bring WebEngage and their unique culture to his management abilities in order to find, nurture and grow the business in the India market.

His avid interest in emerging technologies has helped increase the value of various companies like Walmart, Panasonic, MakeMytrip, Pepsico, Skoda Volkswagen, Valvoline etc during periods of successful innovation, while he was associated with many other previous employers such as SAP, Oracle and Ramco. His readiness to try new things has given him the capability to move between and understand many complex business situations. Besides his impressive performance in the tech industry, he’s also a divergent thinker with a passion for education and learning, Harminder has also recently completed courses in general management from Insead Business School, as well as technology entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School.

Married, blessed with a daughter and lives in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Despite being a passionate ultra-cyclist he also finds solace in hiking and is also fond of adventurous sport such as Formula 1 and dirt biking. He has also visited many wild life sanctuaries and other historic locations around the world, and enjoys dining at Michelin-starred restaurants.

Harminder’s hands-on approach to business has set his foundation for success, following a philosophy of customer relations that embraces sales as the only part of a larger strategy of building and maintaining new markets. Especially within fields of emerging technologies, he has experienced the value of multiple perspectives first hand. Sakshi Sindhwani

Sakshi Sindwani a young, Delhi based content creator & Model ,is recognised for breaking stereotypes associated with body image and doing so in style. A pioneer in changing how beauty standards and inclusivity is seen in various parts of the INDIAN fashion and beauty industry. She has been widely recognised and awarded for her work in the Fashion and Beauty space. With a strong positioning and reach on Instagram and YouTube, she is on a mission to establish her space in the industry & gain recognition globally while paving the way for so many others.

Aditi Mathur Kumar

Aditi comes with 12+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a passion for bringing content, media and commerce together to build brand stories. She currently leads content strategy and brand partnerships for Interactive Avenues, North and East.

Amit Adarkar

Amit Adarkar is the CEO of Ipsos in India. His work experience spans almost 3 decades in market research and the insights industry, and he’s worked across market research agencies and on the client side. He’s previously held senior level positions as the CEO of MarketProbe, MD of MarketGate Dimensions and VP, Nielsen (BASES). Further, he is credited with handling regional (Asia Pacific) relationships with MNC Clients and handled large turnkey projects.

Ipsos India has grown phenomenally under his leadership and is now among the top five fastest growing markets for Ipsos globally. As an administrator too he is highly revered by the employees and Ipsos India has received high employee satisfaction scores. Adarkar is excited about the rapid changes taking place globally in the field of market research & insights and is looking forward to Ipsos being at the forefront of change.

Adarkar has a post graduation degree in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a B.Tech degree from IIT, Bombay. He has written a number of thought pieces and is extensively quoted in television and print media for his insights and perspectives. In his spare time, he likes to paint (with acrylics) and also strum the guitar.

Niti Kumar

Niti Kumar is the Chief Operating Officer at Starcom India. She closely works towards Client deliverables, Revenue Growth and New Business Development across the agency’s offices. 
 
She is an experienced media and marketing professional with two decades of rich experience in media planning, marketing, digital communications and media investment management. In her career span, she has worked across a variety of categories like Publishing, FMCG, Telecom, Automobiles, Garments and BFSI.
 
Before joining Starcom, Niti worked at Penguin Random House India, where she spearheaded marketing along with the digital and data initiatives of the organisation. A graduate from MICA, she has worked in leadership roles at GroupM (Managing Partner North & East at Mediacom) and Mudra Communications (Office Head, Media, Delhi & Kolkata). 
 
A TEDx speaker, Niti has closely led and managed media investments and strategy for global and local businesses like Mars Wrigley, Shell Plc, Makemytrip.com, Gillette, Amway and Reckitt Benckiser, to name a few.

Richa Khera

Richa is a marketing leader with 15 years of experience across e-commerce, retail, consumer internet and energy management. She has donned several hats in her marketing career and has worked with many loved brands like Amazon, KFC (Yum Brands) and OLX.

She currently heads social media along with key digital marketing agendas globally at Schneider Electric.

Dr. Ashish Bajaj

Dr Ashish Bajaj has over 12 years of experience in working with leading Healthcare and Mobility startups amongst others.

Dr Ashish Bajaj has several awards and recognitions to his name including being the first to represent India at Young Lions Media competition at the Cannes, First and only from India to win the Media Gold Medal for crafting a Media strategy for World Health Organization at Young Spikes Asia, Singapore and more recently Marketeer of the Year award winner by CMO Asia and National Feather. His key achievements include driving the rapid growth of Medibuddy by building partnerships to scale B2C2C business and winning the “Best Marketing campaign” in health category for two years for B2C business as well. He has also launched several campaigns for new categories like Ola Micro, Ola Auto, Ola Prime at Ola including the launch of Ola Australia and UK. In addition to his professional achievements, he has an MBA in Marketing and International Business and a B. Tech in Electronics and Communication.

Chirag Bhatia

A rich cross functional, cross industry and cross Geo experience of 19 years+ Presently is steering digital media at DDB along with Social, ORM and all other things digital that DDB does.

I am an Ex-Facebook, Adobe, Yahoo, TOI, Reliance, and Wipro and have been Recognised by Agency Reporter as 40Under40 professionals in Media for the year 2020.

Manjulla Nair

Responsible for the India Operations, building go-market strategy, business growth, Sales enablement, Compliance management and leading Marketing & Communication function with Digital Marketing, Presales & Public Relations.

Background – Overall 20+ Yrs of experience in the corporate sector, leading and handling 360° Marketing & Communications function for large IT companies, Amdocs, Satyam Computers (BPO), Publicis Sapient (Sapient Corporation), Hewlett Packard. Started career with media companies like Ogilvy & Mather, Lowe Lintas, DNA Networks.

Was instrumental in handling the Satyam Computer (BPO) Crises of 2009-10. Managed aggressive media by pushing positive stories to keep a positive reputation of company to enable buyer interest. Eventually Mahindra group bought Satyam.

In 2015 went solo with Entrepreneurship setting up A Buzz Company a marketing outsourcing organization, followed with Global News Terminal a SaaS based product that automates public relations.

To empower and encourage the start-up ecosystem an initiative & community called Start-Up to Stand-Out was formed by Manjulla Nair to deliver STARTUP MENTORSHIP on Growth Management, Business Planning, Go-to Market Strategy, 360° Marketing & Communications, Associated with premium universities and incubation centres like Stanford University as Stanford seed mentor, NICMAR University, IIT Roorkee, College of Engineering Pune – Bhau Institute, MIT, Bharatiya Vidyapeet, Atal Incubation Centres and many more.
